No Refunds If you accidentally buy something, change your mind, make a mistake, or for any other reason, we won't give you your money back.

Lifetime Warranty Lifetime Warranty doesn't mean it'll work forever. It means we'll help you for a certain period.

When Things Stop Working If what you upgraded stops working, we'll try to fix it as soon as we can.

Not Our Fault If what you buy doesn't work as you thought it would, we're not responsible. Make sure to ask questions before you buy. We won't fix things immediately after we upgrade you. We'll wait until you lose the upgrade, which might take some time.

Provide Accurate Information Give us the correct information about your account. This will help us make the upgrade process smooth.

Promise About Upgrades Each upgrade comes with a promise that lasts a lifetime and a guarantee for 6 months. During these 6 months, if the upgrade stops working, you can get some or all of your money back. Here's how refunds work:

If it's been less than 1 month, you get a complete refund in a digital currency.
If it's been more than 1 month, you get some money back as credit for future purchases. For instance, from 3 to 6 months, you get half back, and from 1.5 months to 6 months, you get three-fourths back, and so on.

Credit for Future Purchases You can't convert the credit into real money.

Getting a Refund Remember, we only refund what you paid us. We don't refund any extra fees like charges for converting currency or gift card fees."
